Shipping Policy
Before orders for prescription items can be sent out, they must be approved by a prescriber. Please remember that if you choose express delivery, the delivery time will begin once the prescriber approves the item. It can happen up to 72 hours after you place your order, but it generally occurs within a few hours.
The latest you can order something for next-day delivery is Monday through Friday at 1:00 pm and Saturday at 10:00 am. Monday through Saturday, all deliveries happen.
Please keep in mind that our next-day delivery services are not guaranteed, so we will not be able to give you a refund if it doesn’t get brought the next commercial day.
Notice: Please keep in mind that order delivery may be delayed during busy times, like Black Friday and Christmas. Thanks for sitting with us and being patient.
Next-day delivery for £4.95
Delivered the next day, Monday through Saturday, if you order before 2:30.
Standard Delivery
Delivery is £2.95 for standard items or free for orders over £99.99. 4 to 5 business days
International Delivery
For customers outside of the UK, shipping costs £15. We only ship to Southern Ireland, Sweden, Germany, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Italy, and the Netherlands. It costs £30 to send chilled things to other countries.

All treatments are sent in packing that is hard to find. The package doesn’t say anything about the medicine. That way, only you’ll know what’s inside.
