Refund Procedure

Once your complaint is received, our shipping team will investigate and address the issue within 12 working hours. Refund confirmation will be sent to the email address you supplied. The reimbursement is issued for the exact amount in your bank account.

We will reship the order to the same address you provided or the new address you specify. We will give a tracking number for your reshipped product.
